On October 2, 2023, the Seattle Human Resources Department released a Request For Proposals (RFP) to provide a full range of Employee Assistance Program Services to be provided to 12,000 City employees and their households, including but not limited to: in-person counseling; telephonic counseling; Work/Life referrals; SAP services in support of CDL requirements; CISD services; digital resources; Legal/Financial resources; robust on-line resources; management consulting services; and education/training webinars.
