23-043QP Streetcar Switch Heaters Design Services (FTA)

The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide preliminary engineering through final design as well as design services during vendor solicitation and construction management. The categories of consulting services that may be needed for this project include, but are not limited to: project management, review of existing system, survey, civil design, electrical design, mechanical design, cost estimating, coordination with other local agencies, constructability review, plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate, and design support during vendor solicitation and constructions.

This contract is estimated to be up to $350,000 with an anticipated time of performance between Q2 2024 to Q3 2025. This project is anticipated to be federally funded in part through the FTA. This project has an assigned DBE 1.5% Goal.

An online Pre-Submittal meeting is scheduled for October 27, 2023 @ 10AM.Additional details available on Bonfire.

Consultants must register with a free account at Bonfire to access Solicitation documents and receive Addenda.
